Leadnow "CBC Cuts" RoboSpam Campaign Run From US Union Web Site
Astroturfing is a form of advocacy in support of a political,
organizational, or corporate agenda, designed to give the appearance of a
"grassroots" movement.
Leadnow is RoboSpamming
MP's to prevent CBC cuts. In affiliation with Openmedia they run
ReimagineCBC.ca. Both claim to be "grassroots" organizations. One of their form
letter talking points is; "I oppose severe cuts to the CBC. We need good
public media to keep Canada connected."
Evidently keeping Canada "connected" means using a US Union's web site to run their Spam Campaign.

"CWA-Union.org" is the Communications Workers Of America web site, you can read their Obama endorsement here. Imagine that, Leadnow & Openmedia are cutting Canadian IT workers out of RoboSpam jobs by outsourcing to the US!
Tsk tsk..Leadnow & Openmedia the "Brains" behind ReimagineCBC, are lying about being grassroots organizations.
They are in fact is just BIG Union Tools.
Below is a letter from the CBC congratulating Leadnow & Openmedia on their "Grassroot" efforts to save the CBC via the ReimagineCBC campaign.
Leadnow & Openmeadia are not a "grassroots" organization. In fact they are allied with big labour, specifically the CWA - The Communications Workers Of America to such an extent they use the Unions IT infrastructure to run their RoboSpam campaign.
The CWA via the Canadian Media Guild represents unionized CBC employees - see jpg.
Strange bedfellows wouldn't you say? I mean management, being the CBC, and ReimagineCBC, the Leadnow/Openmedia/ CWA union front working toward a shared goal...the continued extortion of your tax dollars. Oh, I guess that isn't so strange after all.
